Brief: recipe for chicken pop corns

INGREDIENTS

  • 150gm of chicken breasts(cut into small cubes)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 pinch of salt.

  • 1 teaspoon of royco

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of soya sauce

  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour

  • Cooking oil for deep-frying.

1 Cup of yoghurt

PROCEDURE

  • Soak the chicken breasts in yoghurt for 30 minutes

  • In the bowl, add the black pepper, salt, royco, curry powder,wheat flour and mix well.

  • Take the chicken breasts and mix them in the dry flour mixture then dip into th beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken breasts on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

  • Drain and serve with a glass of juice.
