Brief: recipe for chicken pop corns
INGREDIENTS
150gm of chicken breasts(cut into small cubes)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon of royco
2 1/2 tablespoons of soya sauce
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup of wheat flour
Cooking oil for deep-frying.
1 Cup of yoghurt
PROCEDURE
Soak the chicken breasts in yoghurt for 30 minutes
In the bowl, add the black pepper, salt, royco, curry powder,wheat flour and mix well.
Take the chicken breasts and mix them in the dry flour mixture then dip into th beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken breasts on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
Drain and serve with a glass of juice.
